 Position Details

  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
  • No travel | No supervisory responsibilities
  • Pay based on experience

 What You’ll Do

  • Schedule patient procedures and appointments
  • Register patients and verify insurance information
  • Communicate clearly with patients about their visits
  • Ensure accurate documentation and records
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

 What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma (or equivalent preferred)
  • 2+ years of medical office or patient access experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, or coding is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
