Channel letter fabricator

Channel Letter Fabricator, full-time. 

Position summary: fabricate illuminated and non-illuminated channel letters to company quality standards and production schedules. 

 

Key responsibilities include reading shop drawings, fabricating aluminum returns, assembling faces with trim-cap, installing and wiring LEDs and power supplies, performing quality checks, troubleshooting fabrication or lighting issues, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following OSHA and company safety guidelines. 

 

Qualifications: sign or metal fabrication experience preferred, ability to read production drawings, basic electrical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, attention to detail, and reliable attendance. 

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. 

Compensation commensurate with experience.
