Job Description/Responsibilities

We are adding two Inventory Planners due to recent promotions!

 

Join our Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring products are available where and when our customers need them. As an Inventory Planner, you will manage inventory across customer warehouses, control states, and Sazerac-owned facilities while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory performance, improve supply chain efficiency, and support exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact by driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels, reduce costs, and support business growth.  Great opportunity to join the supply chain team with opportunities for career development!

What You'll Do

  • Manage inventory across customer warehouses, control states, and Sazerac-owned facilities to maximize product availability and minimize out-of-stock events.
  • Build strong partnerships with wholesalers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective inventory planning and exceptional service.
  • Analyze inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve replenishment strategies, warehouse processes, and overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, optimize inventory management, and improve operational performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and leverage data and reporting tools to drive informed business decisions and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, priority-setting, and time management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Self-starter with strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

  • 1+ year of experience supporting monthly inventory and accounting close processes
  • 1+ year of experience in the alcohol beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing industry
  • Experience with inventory planning, ERP systems, and using data to drive continuous improvement

The hourly range for this role is $28.54 - $42.81. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
