Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is looking for an energetic Community Manager to join our Bowling Green, KY team. We have a culture of teamwork, cooperation with other team members, and a family atmosphere that sets us apart.

 Denton Floyd is well-capitalized and has a proven record of year-over-year growth. We are involved in the ownership and management of multi-family communities. A successful team member in this role will be well-positioned to grow professionally as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional and friendly customer service.
  • Collection of rents and preparation of receipts and late notices.
  • Compose correspondence and documents; Answer phones and greet residents in a professional manner.
  • Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants and representatives of other companies.
  • Maintain all residents files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all paperwork and documentation.
  • Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments inspected and compliant with established standards prior to move-in.
  • Coordinate daily activity of Maintenance Team.
  • High school education or equivalent is required.
  • Two years minimum experience in residential property management required.
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Great with people- warm, friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, team members and Property Manager at all times.
  • Possess dynamic attitude, superior customer service, verbal communication, written communication and follow up skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills, especially in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work 40 hours and must be available for overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of the job's functions.
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check.
