Order Picker - 2nd Shift

Taylor Communications, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a 2nd Shift Order Picker to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility! Your Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday - Friday with overtime as required, including some weekends. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of picking customer orders, performing quality checks, verifying stock availability and stocking shelves, repackaging orders, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment, and maintaining related records. Requirements include ability to use a ring scanner, manual equipment and powered material handling equipment (i.e. order picker or lift), ability to read and count accurately and do simple math, being detail oriented, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, effective communication and teamwork skills, self-motivation and multitasking ability, and ability to work with heights. Additional requirements include ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, regularly remaining in a stationary position, constantly operating machinery and handling products including print materials, frequently moving inside the facility, and regularly moving up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry). A high school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
