Job DetailsJob Location: Bachman Chrysler-Hyundai-Jeep-Dodge-Ram - Jeffersonville, IN 47130Position Type: Full TimeBachman Auto Group is a family owned company that started in 1985 and is founded on the principle : "Treat Others The Way You Want To Be Treated".  Today with seven franchise brands, a national parts distribution center, locations in Kentucky and Southern Indiana, and over 450 employees, Bachman is consistently the region leader in sales, service and customer satisfaction.   Warranty Clerk Description The Warranty Clerk, along with the Assistant Service Manager, the Service Consultants and the Parts Counter staff, verifies that the vehicle repairs performed are in keeping with the manufacturer specifications and time frame, submitting claims to the manufacturer on those repairs in a timely fashion and using appropriate predetermined codes.  QualificationsThe ideal Warranty Clerk is highly organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Management Team, focusing on multiple repair order scenarios simultaneously.  They should be a good communicator, both in person and on the phone and should able to write effectively in email communications. They should be able to work collaboratively with several departments and manufacturer representatives both in person, on the telephone and via teleconference platforms.  Our company uses many different technologies and our Warranty Clerks are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (IE: Word and Excel) and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.  Previous warranty submission and accounts experience preferred.  EOE
