We are seeking 2 motivated and self-driven Warehouse Supervisors to lead 2nd and 3rd Shift warehouse and distribution operations for our client's high-volume, non-union facilities in Jeffersonville, IN. These roles will be responsible for supervising warehouse personnel, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety and quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a coach/mentor who thrives in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment and excels at planning, organization, and team communication. The warehouse supervisor will report to the Warehouse Manager who offers excellent mentorship and employee development. There are two open positions. The schedule for the 2nd shift is Monday-Friday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am and the schedule for the 3rd shift is Sunday-Thursday 10:30 pm - 7:00 am.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations 
  • Lead, coach, and develop ~50 warehouse team members to achieve operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage workflow planning, staffing, and productivity to meet shipping and receiving deadlines
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and support warehouse management system processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain and leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using warehouse and ERP systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices
  • Communicate effectively with employees and leadership at all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3 + years of supervisory experience
  • Work experience in high-volume distribution or warehouse
  • Experience with process development and continuous improvement
  • Experience with ERP software systems
  • Ability to change priorities quickly
  • Successful background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AS400 software
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
