Regional CDL-A Truck Driver

Join a high-volume regional fleet offering predictable logistics operations, consistent freight lanes, and a dependable bi-weekly schedule. This position is open to commercial drivers of all experience levels who are looking to maximize their highway miles within a structured and supportive operational network.

Financial Compensation & Perks:

• Weekly Gross Revenue: $1,200 – $1,300 (Average baseline)
• Base Pay Rate: $0.51 CPM (Starting mileage rate)
• Stop Pay: Additional $15.00 for every intermediate stop
• Bonuses: Monthly Driver Performance Bonus program
• Freight Profile: 100% No-Touch Freight (Refrigerated / Reefer operations)

Route, Schedule & Home Time:

• Weekly Distance: Consistent volume averaging 1,900 to 2,100 miles per week
• Home Time: Predictable dispatch routing with guaranteed home time every 14 days
• Shift Dynamics: Continuous 24/7 network operations. Requires availability for alternating day/night driving shifts and weekend/holiday dispatch rotations based on market demand
• Fleet Options: Account accepts both Solo drivers and established Driving Teams

Applicant Requirements:

• Licensing: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Endorsements: No specialized endorsements or certificates required
• Experience Level: Open to Trainee graduates (entry-level) and seasoned First Seat operators
