Waterford Campus is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Lead to support daily front desk operations while creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and light team leadership.

 

Schedule Details

  • Full Time: 32 hours a week on 1st shift 
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and residents and manage incoming calls
  • Provide clerical support to multiple departments
  • Assist in training, supporting, and overseeing front desk staff
  • Ensure excellent communication with residents, families, and team members
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and report concerns to nursing staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights
  • Collaborate with all departments to support a team-focused environment
