Position Summary

We are seeking a Floor Care Specialist who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, staff, and visitors. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure floor care throughout the facility is maintained at the highest level. 

Schedule Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
• Weekends: No weekends
• Holiday rotation: Every other holiday

What This Role Looks Like Day to Day

• Maintain hard floor and carpeted surfaces throughout the building.
• Clean upholstered furniture using proper equipment and chemicals as requested.
• Use floor care equipment, including a carpet extractor and floor scrubber.
• Report equipment issues or malfunctions so concerns can be resolved promptly.
• Document chemical use according to expectations.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Remove trash from the facility as requested.
• Complete assigned work in a safe, efficient, and dependable manner.

Pay & Work Environment

• Starting at $17.50 hour, with higher rates considered based on experience.

Requirements

Someone who wants to make a difference and willingness to learn! Previous floor care experience is a plus.
