What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Manage concrete consistency and truck controls to meet delivery specifications.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to support timely operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to maintaining clean, organized equipment and work areas.

• Commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and quality customer service.
• Capability to perform physical activities including climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment.

• Clear and respectful communication with customers and team members.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
