What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate front-end loader equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and stockpile materials.
  • Perform pre-operational inspections and basic equipment maintenance checks.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following company safety standards.
  • Support plant production by supplying materials and assisting with daily operational needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production, mining, construction, or industrial environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify routine maintenance needs.

  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and complete tasks efficiently.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
