Skills Required
- Bachelors or Masters or MBA degree in preferably Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Supply Chain
- 3-5+ years of experience in application development
- Familiarity or working experience with web development in utilizing an Agile methodology
- Experience developing applications based on JavaScript frameworks like VueJS
- Experience developing RESTful APIs using NodeJS
- Experience working with Oracle database and relational databases
- Ability to read and write SQL and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot
- Test-First mindset across all levels of application development including unit, functional, end-to-end and regression testing.
- Experience with source code control systems and concurrent development workflows (GIT preferred)
- Experience with CI/DC Pipeline
- Supply Chain / Logistics Lifecycle knowledge is a plus
- Oracle eBusiness Suite experience around modules (not all inclusive) like Inventory, Manufacturing, WMS, WIP, BOM, and Cost Management is a plus
- Critical thinker with the ability to break down complex technical requirements in the Supply Chain space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic and a self-starter

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $82,400 to $103,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for a Full Stack Developer in the IT – Logistics and Manufacturing organization on the IT Shipping Execution team. Shipping Execution supports our Logistics Operation teams and uses a broad range of functional and technical skills to build solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other Developers, Analysts, and Product Owners.
Successful candidates will have a background in full-stack development and will be responsible for the translation of business needs into IT solutions with current programs, projects, and initiatives in mind. This person would help lead the rewrite of Java Spring Boot applications and would maintain and provide technical expertise on applications that are used internally and externally. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, highly innovative, and has a passion for learning both business and technical processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and implementing enhancements towards our existing Custom Applications
- Maintaining applications from a life cycle management perspective
- Contributing to the structure and design of web applications
- Provide feature support for post-production releases
- Acting as a member of a product team, supporting teammates, and collaborating with a proactive attitude to ensure product and team success
- Actively participate in release and sprint planning, story creation, sprint testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, and solution releases.
- Ensuring product quality and timeliness of work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet engineering guidelines
- Learn and understand WWT’s business processes
- Perform end-to-end solutions, including unit, functional, and regression testing
