What You Will Do

• Greet every guest promptly with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Prepare and serve beverages according to Suite Shots recipes and standards
• Recommend menu items and premium beverage options to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Handle cash and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests to ensure they feel welcomed and well cared for
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines to protect guests and the community
• Maintain positive body language, eye contact, and a genuine smile throughout your shift

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...

• At least 1 year of bartending experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality
• High self-awareness, integrity, and openness to feedback and growth
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including stairs
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and move quickly during busy shifts
• The ability to obtain any required local licenses or certifications
