What You’ll Do
Deliver High-Level Patient Care
Support and manage appointments with efficiency and confidence
Perform venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory diagnostics, and radiography
Monitor hospitalized patients and implement treatment plans
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
Support Surgery & Anesthesia
Prepare patients for soft tissue and orthopedic procedures
Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia
Maintain sterile technique and assist with surgical instrumentation
Ensure patient safety through vigilant monitoring and documentation
Elevate the Team
Collaborate closely with doctors and support staff
Participate in case discussions and patient rounds
Contribute to workflow efficiency and continuous improvement
Mentor and support less experienced team members when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Veterinary Technician
Strong anesthesia and surgical support skills
Confidence in diagnostics and patient monitoring
A calm, solutions-focused mindset in fast-paced situations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to high-quality medicine and ongoing growth
