Involves supporting the accurate and timely booking of commercial loans into the bank's core systems. Will be responsible for data entry, document review, and the onboarding of new loans, renewals, and modifications.What you will do
- Accurately input loan data, terms, and conditions into the bank's loan booking systems based on approved documentation.
- Review loan documents (e.g., credit agreements, promissory notes) for completeness and accuracy prior to booking.
- Onboarding of new commercial loans, renewals and modifications, ensuring all required fields are populated correctly.
- Verify the integrity of data entered, cross-referencing with source documents.
- Support the team in researching and resolving discrepancies or data entry issues.
- Learn and apply internal policies, procedures and basic regulatory guidelines related to commercial loan servicing.
- Collaborate with managers to understand and improve booking/servicing workflows.
- Assist with departmental administrative functions and special projects as needed.

Education Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred
- Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
Experience Qualifications
- 0-2 years Accounting, financial experience preferred
