Job Description

 

AAA Service LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Business Administrator to oversee administrative operations and support the efficient execution of daily business activities. This role is responsible for coordinating internal processes, maintaining business records, supporting department managers, preparing reports, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism while working in a remote environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

* Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations.

* Maintain accurate company records, reports, and business documentation.

* Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business materials.

* Coordinate calendars, meetings, and departmental schedules.

* Monitor operational workflows and assist with process improvements.

* Support managers with administrative and project-related tasks.

* Maintain confidential business information and employee records.

* Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

* Assist with policy documentation and administrative compliance.

* Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

* Previous experience in business administration, office management, or administrative support is preferred.

* Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Professional written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
