Job Description

  • Preparing equipment and treatment rooms for delivery of services
  • Upholding the patient experience through ensuring every patient is attended to and comfortable during their treatment
  • Observing and safeguarding patients performing prescribed physical exercises
  • Documenting patients' responses to treatment and updating patient files
  • Applying ice packs or heat pads as instructed
  • Support the Front Desk with coverage, scheduling, patient check-ins and payment collections

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Personable, energetic, and capable of working with a diverse group of people
  • Reliable and professional with the ability to place value on and maintain patient care as the number one priority
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible schedule, available to work the hours needed for this position
