Job Description

RBC Capital Markets LLC seeks a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst in Jersey City, NJ to build, optimize and automate complex workflows with Macro and Interface tools in Alteryx Designer that ensure reusability and scalability. Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and operations that would benefit with the usage of Alteryx. Develop SQL code in Teradata/Dremio for data querying and analyzing that requested by Regulatory Reporting team. Develop R Markdown file for data quality checking process and data sourcing. Work closely with Regulatory Reporting team to troubleshoot data issues in FRY9C/FFIEC002 report and define reporting/solution requirements. Raise data issues or enhancement tickets in Jira and collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate requirement into strategic solution. Work on the optimization, generation and pre-submission reviews of weekly and quarterly regulatory reporting schedules. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data science or a related field, and 2 years of experience with Alteryx, Coding, R, SQL, JIRA Board Management, Tableau / Power BI. Certifications required: Certification: Alteryx Designer Core Certification, Tableau Analyst Certification. Hybrid work is permitted. The salary for this job is $130,000 per year.  This salary does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
