As a Business Enablement / Transformation / Strategy Technical Project Manager III in the Corporate Sector- Infrastructure Platforms, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.  

Join the Office of the Infrastructure Platforms CIO within the Business Enablement and Transformation team and you will lead high-impact initiatives and projects to solve diverse, complex, and often ambiguous problems. You will produce clear, insightful analyses and executive-ready materials to support transformation priorities and senior leadership decision-making. You will also partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and transformation teams to translate business priorities into strategy, planning and execution capabilities, governance structures, and actionable insights—driving consistent, enterprise-aligned decisions across the organization.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement, solving complex, cross-functional problems for senior technology leaders within Infrastructure Platforms.
  • Define strategy aligned to enterprise priorities; translate it into clear strategic options and scenarios to enable executive decision-making. An initial focus area will be workforce transformation and strategy. 
  • Prioritize a dynamic book of work—driving the highest-value items to decision or completion in a fast-changing environment.
  • Contribute and manage senior leadership operating cadence (rhythm of the business) and governance capabilities.
  • Own end-to-end delivery for ambiguous problem statements—from shaping hypotheses and defining target outcomes to diagnosing root causes and delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Design, build, and socialize scalable frameworks, operating models, and roadmaps across a large, distributed organization.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear trade-offs, recommendations, and measurable benefits tracking in partnership with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
  • Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving orientation and ability to address diverse, cross-functional challenges.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment—ability to prioritize ruthlessly, and making disciplined trade-offs to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and issue identification skills, along with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear recommendations.
  • Interpersonal leadership and influencing skills. Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across a matrix.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and platforms in day-to-day work for operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in strategy, business management/COO, management consulting, transformation, or similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to perform under pressure—continuously reprioritizing and delivering high-quality output on time.
  • Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems.
  • Experience with VS Code, Tableau.
