The Director, Program Management is the execution backbone of the Office of Strategy & Transformation, converting board-level strategic priorities into structured, funded, tracked, and delivered initiatives. This person owns end-to-end program governance for one or more enterprise initiatives and is the trusted operator that business unit leaders rely on to keep cross-functional work on track.

Compensation Range: $180,000 to $220,000 + Bonus

You Will
- Own program governance for 1–3 major enterprise initiatives (e.g., M&A integration, network/footprint optimization, commercial excellence, margin improvement, digital enablement) including charter, workplan, milestones, and stage-gate reviews
- Build and manage business cases in partnership with FP&A, including investment, expected benefits, and timelines for benefit realization
- Manage cross-functional workstreams and steering committees, ensuring alignment, addressing interdependencies, and resolving issues
- Maintain risk and issue logs and drive mitigation actions through resolution
- Track EBITDA impact and benefit realization, ensuring results are accurate, audit-ready, and aligned with FP&A reporting
- Prepare executive- and board-level presentations and materials to support key business decisions
- Partner with Business Process Excellence teams to integrate automation and AI-enabled productivity initiatives into program plans
- Support IPO-readiness initiatives, including process documentation, controls, and KPI infrastructure
- Build alignment and strong partnerships with business units and functional leaders to drive successful execution

YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 5–9 years in program/project management, corporate strategy, management consulting, or a PE-portfolio operations/value-creation role; distribution, industrials, or B2B supply-chain experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives with real P&L or operational stakes — not purely IT project management
- Strong financial acumen, including business case development, P&L understanding, and benefit tracking in partnership with FP&A
- Experience working with senior executives and business leaders, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with PMO/project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Power BI, or Tableau
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support planning, reporting, and productivity
- PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus
