Whizz is looking for an experienced E-Bike Mechanic Trainer with strong hands-on knowledge of e-bikes who can support mechanics across our locations.
This is not a management position. The main responsibility is to be Whizz鈥檚 go-to technical expert for e-bike repairs, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mechanic training.
You will work directly with mechanics, answer technical questions by phone and messages, help troubleshoot difficult repairs, and travel to Whizz locations when hands-on support or training is needed.
Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Train new and existing mechanics on e-bike repair, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and Whizz repair standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide technical support to mechanics by phone, chat, video, and in person.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Diagnose difficult or unusual mechanical and electrical e-bike issues.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Travel between Whizz locations in New York and New Jersey when technical support is needed.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Occasionally travel to Philadelphia, Washington DC, Chicago, and other current or future Whizz markets.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform hands-on repairs and demonstrate proper repair procedures.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Help mechanics improve repair quality, speed, and troubleshooting skills.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support the rollout of new e-bike models, components, repair procedures, and tools.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify recurring technical problems and help create simple repair instructions and training materials.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure mechanics follow proper repair and safety standards.
