As a Senior Associate in Liquidity & Account Solutions (“L&AS”), you contribute to the deal teams and product leadership by analyzing, structuring, and recommending exception pricing across on-balance sheet deposit products and sweeps for wholesale clients. You will own deal analytics, including balance assumptions, beta sensitivity, non-interest revenue (NIR) mix considerations, and profitability/margin impact for a dynamic portfolio of clients across the GCB. You will partner with Coverage, Treasury, Product, and Risk/Controls to ensure pricing is competitive, policy-aligned, and well-governed.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and underwrite exception pricing requests across on-balance sheet deposits (ECR / Interest / MMDA) and sweep structures; document rationale, key risks, and recommended terms.
Build and maintain deal economics views, including rate sensitivity/beta, margin impact, relationship profitability, and trade-offs across pricing versus product bundle.
Operationalize rate sensitivity segmentation governance for beta management for deals or in response to market changes and clearly articulate when and why deviations are warranted.
Produce executive-ready outputs, including approval memos, pricing summaries, competitive context, and decision logs with clean assumptions and an audit trail.
Identify themes from approvals (e.g., pricing related attrition, recurring exceptions, sector dynamics) and propose refinements to controls, playbooks, and guidelines.
Partner with coverage teams supporting complex liquidity structures and multi-product relationships where deposit pricing is tied to overall wallet and revenue mix.
