Pricing Specialist

Full Time Salary: 60,000 to 70,000

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to inform pricing decisions.
• Develop pricing models and simulations to forecast revenue and profit outcomes from pricing changes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotions and assess their effectiveness on pricing.
• Monitor and report on pricing performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
• Perform price elasticity analyses to determine the impact of price changes on sales volumes and profitability.
• Conduct regular audits of pricing strategies to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Stay updated on industry developments and economic conditions affecting pricing and market competitiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field like distribution. 
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel and pricing software or statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings and recommendations.
• Experience working or supporting sales representatives, sales department, or sales support would be a big plus.
