About the Role:
Big Bodega Cards is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Jersey City, NJ! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in getting orders out the door accurately and on time for our sports card livestreams. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Conduct high level of communication with other coworkers and management
- Process outbound shipments using shipping software and carrier platforms (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/fulfillment area
- Verify order accuracy and perform quality control checks before shipment
- Track and manage shipping supplies and packaging materials inventory
- Assist with returns processing and restocking
Requirements:
- Prior experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Familiarity with sports / trading card industry
- Availability for overtime and coverage of shifts
- Ability to pass standard background check
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
- Basic computer skills; experience with shipping platforms is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to work / adapt efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
