DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Prioritize solution use cases by assessing approved architecture standards, platform capabilities, and governance frameworks to enable scalable onboarding across GenAI, ML, and Data platforms. Design and develop blueprints and reusable templates to streamline and automate customer onboarding, accelerating the path to production. Contribute to ongoing prototyping initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for integration into existing data platforms. Collaborate with platform engineering and architecture teams to assess platform capabilities, ensuring optimal performance, usability, integration, resilience, and maintainability. Lead and manage a team of Data and ML Solutions Engineers, ensuring high-quality code, processes, demonstrations, and solutions through hands-on design leadership, peer reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Process Improvement, Machine Learning Engineer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Process Improvement, Machine Learning Engineer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Applying Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including Named Entity Recognition (NER), topic modeling, and text classification, to extract insights from customer feedback data; Engineering prompts and working with language models including OpenAI and Claude, to enhance model performance and precision in text analysis tasks; Leveraging LLM orchestration frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph for automating and streamlining processes involving multiple LLMs; Utilizing GenAI services, including AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, to enhance data-driven product decisions and improve customer engagement strategies; Optimizing customer feedback analysis workflows using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and Agentic AI concepts; Using data processing libraries including Pandas, spaCy, and HuggingFace to manipulate, analyze, and extract actionable insights from datasets; building batch and real-time ML pipelines including model training, serving, and monitoring; automating workflows with orchestration tools including Airflow and Step Functions; designing solutions using Data Lake, relational and NoSQL databases, Data Governance frameworks, AI Ethics, Model Governance, and Data Privacy.
