CTG is seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Developer to implement and support integrations between Workday and external systems. This role involves planning, designing, coding, testing, and deploying complex integrations while collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

 

Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 8 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration planning, inventory analysis, and design sessions
  • Gather requirements and translate them into Workday integration solutions (EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect)
  • Develop, unit test, and deploy complex integrations
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot integration issues
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and Workday best practices

Required Skills:

  • Workday Integrations expertise: EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect
  • Strong consulting skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience with Workday packaged solutions and integration best practices
  • Effective collaboration and communication with diverse stakeholders

Experience & Education:

  • Hands-on experience implementing Workday integrations
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM modules and external systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
