Job Description:

NDi is seeking an experienced Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Analyst to support a large federal IT enterprise environment. The NEN Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for Navy network operations, programming, and service coordination.
This position requires hands-on expertise with NEN programming, Network Enterprise Tool (NET) configuration, CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering processes. The ideal candidate will have experience ensuring network availability, configuration accuracy, and service fulfillment across complex enterprise systems
.

Requirements:

  • U.S Citizenship required.
  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • This position requires 5 days onsite in Dahlgren, VA. Please note that up to 40% remote work may become available but this determination will be made at a later stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to analysis, design, and development related to data warehousing and integration capabilities.
  • Developing definition and application designs in the form of logical data models, data interface specifications, on-line query and report specifications, structured query language (SQL), database performance loading specifications, and data validation specifications.
  • Data warehouse development and design, data knowledge acquisition, legacy conversion specifications and design of data structures/load specifications, and knowledge of Working Capital Fund and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), financial, and human resources systems methods and strategies for data warehousing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
  • Expertise in network provisioning, NEN service requests, and configuration management.
  • Experience working within DoD or federal enterprise network environments.
  • Ability to analyze service data, identify trends, and recommend performance improvements.
  • Familiarity with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy for tracking network-related requests.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.

Responsibilities:

NEN Operations & Service Management:

  • Oversee NEN programming, service provisioning, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of NEN service configurations, CLIN offerings, and order status.
  • Use the Network Enterprise Tool (NET) to validate service requests and ensure compliance with configuration baselines..

Network Coordination & Support:

  • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and help desk teams to troubleshoot NEN service issues.
  • Review and process NEN ordering requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor performance metrics and service-level compliance related to NEN activities.

Process Improvement & Documentation:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline NEN ordering and provisioning workflows.
  • Maintain process documentation and provide user support for NET and related systems.
  • Participate in audits, readiness reviews, and technical evaluations related to enterprise network services.
