The Operations Manager will oversee both local and cross-dock operations. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in high-volume distribution, change management, team development, and supporting high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating ambiguity and driving business initiatives that support our rapid growth and operational excellence.

Full-Time Salary: $160,000 to $170,000 per year
Â
You will:
• Take responsibility for all warehouse and delivery operations.
• Support the development of the annual operating plan; manage annual budgets, KPI targets, weekly performance reviews, and operational adjustments.
• Lead safety, security, and regulatory compliance initiatives for inspections required by all Federal, State, and local guidelines; host local, state, and federal inspections, including DOT, OSHA, FDA, and DEP.
• Partner with Branch Managers and Regional leadership to resolve customer and vendor service issues.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align products and services with customer needs.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and career development planning.
• Ensure coaching and corrective actions are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.Â
You have:Â
• 10+ years of progressive operations or warehouse management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role with large teams or multi-site responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics,  or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong experience with WMS and ERP systems, and business tools (Microsoft Office and BI platforms).
• Experience with process improvement or Six Sigma Certification is a big plus.
• Union environment experience a plus.
• Experience managing multiple unit operations.
