PCM Fill Technician

SUMMARY: The PCM Fill Technician will be responsible for responsible for assembling, filling, testing, and documenting components in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements. Responsibilities also include completing assembly processes, properly connecting and testing units, monitoring temperatures and gauges, and verifying that products meet required specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Turn on all componentry, ensuring temperatures are within guidelines and make adjustments as needed
- Use syringe to fill components with methanol while staying within the pre-determined parameters
- Fill components with PCM fill, ensuring that correct amount is added.
- Follow steps of the assembly process, ensuring units are properly plugged and complete testing on them.
- Track temperature and gauge to ensure meeting pre-determined requirements
- Safely handle parts to make sure to avoid scratches, dents, or damage.
- Complete data tracking sheets for each part that is completed
- Label and file the documentation
- Manage and oversee data tracking software during part testing
- Adhere to all safety policies and ensuring proper eye and hearing protection is used.
- Perform all functions of the job while adhering to established quality policies and procedures.
- Uphold the company core values.

- Must have the ability to complete assignments within the timeframe specified by the Manager.
- Must be flexible regarding working hours and overtime. Must be able to work overtime, in the evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice.
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer skills: Outlook email, Excel data entry, Word, log in and out of ERP and Payroll time tracking software.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read schematics, drawings, and/or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Excel preferred
- Strong sense of time management and ability to multitask
- Experience working with scales and data reporting equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak and understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract decimals out to 4 places. Ability to multiply and divide with 10’s & 100’s.
