Inbound Logistics Lead

DEPARTMENT:       Operations

JOB TYPE: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (day shift)

LOCATION: Johns Creek, GA

REPORTS TO:         Operations Supervisor  

 

SUMMARY: Founded in 2014, Zywie Healthcare is a cardiac monitoring company. We record and transmit patients’ EKGs through holter monitor, event monitor, & mobile cardiac telemetry monitors. We are a trendsetter in the industry by putting doctors’ offices and hospitals in complete control of their cardiac monitoring. As an organization on the cutting-edge of medical science, we plan to expand beyond the confines of a cardiac device company to become the gold standard for patient care. We currently have an opening for a Logistics Lead in our Johns Creek office. Logistics Lead will lead, under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor, daily operations and training.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Sorts materials and devices on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
  • Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
  • Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
  • Accurately records department KPI metrics daily.
  • Assign tasks for the shift
  • Conduct all new hire training and any necessary retraining
  • Performs updates/reviews/validation on departmental SOP’s for implementation.
  • Participates in quality/continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conducts safety checks as assigned
  • Ensures all inventory items are properly stocked and readily available for shift operations
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Logistics Supervisor
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the logistics management.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
