  As our Culinary Front of the House Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with front-of-house managers to elevate the dining experience across our elegant venues: Palmera, Todd’s Tap, and Field & Fork Bistro. You’ll lead with warmth, precision, and creativity—enhancing service, supporting team members, and helping plan memorable dining events. 


Day to Day:

  • Oversee daily dining room operations and ensure seamless service
  • Train and support staff on POS systems and service standards
  • Manage reservations and staffing to optimize guest experience
  • Assist with budgeting, inventory, and billing reconciliation
  • Coordinate special events and themed meals with our Sommelier
  • Support team evaluations and coaching alongside leadership
  • Communicate across departments to ensure smooth execution of events


 

Requirements

What We Need In A Candidate:

  • 3+ years in fine dining or catering; leadership experience preferred
  • Degree in hospitality or equivalent experience
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift during service hours
