Delivery Helper

R.A.S Logistics is looking for motivated and dependable Delivery Helpers to join our growing team! As a Delivery Helper, you will work alongside a Box Truck Driver to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. This role is essential to maintaining high standards of customer service and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the driver with loading and unloading merchandise at warehouses and delivery locations

• Safely lift and carry items weighing between 10–100 lbs

• Verify delivery contents and ensure accurate and complete deliveries

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand tools when needed

• Help navigate delivery routes and assist with handheld delivery tracking devices

• Provide excellent customer service by answering basic customer questions and addressing concerns

• Support the warehouse team by scanning, pulling inventory, and preparing deliveries

• Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck and assist with end-of-day unloading

• other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior delivery or warehouse experience is a plus (but not required)

• Must be able to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment up to 100lbs

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude

• Must be able to pass a background check
