We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team (Monday-Friday, day shift) at a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, plus bonuses. Merchandisers perform a variety of functions related to merchandising wine and spirits in customer accounts. Duties include: • Building, installing, and maintaining in-store displays and racks for the chain and independent retail division • Installing vinyl graphics on windows and storefronts • Hanging or mounting items on walls or from ceilings • Communicating with graphic designers to request printed material • Communicating with chain and independent retail divisions about customer accounts • Maintaining a strong customer service relationship with our customers • Driving to customer accounts using a company vehicle • Using a phone and basic hand tools to complete assigned tasksQualifications• Must be at least 21 years of age • Ability to lift and stack cases averaging 40 lbs. each • Ability to climb ladders and use basic hand tools for assembling or mounting • Grocery or wine/spirits store experience preferred • Ability to obtain State of Tennessee ABC Wholesalers Employee permit • Valid Driver's License with ability to meet company driving history requirements • Drug and background checks required Knoxville Beverage Company offers a full benefit package including: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days • $1,800 annual company contribution to health savings account • Paid holidays starting day one • Paid time off • Company paid long term disability insurance • Short term disability insurance • Company paid life insurance • 401k with 100% company match
