Job DetailsJob Location: 19056 SOFHA OUTPATIENT IMAGING CENTER - JOHNSON CITY, TN 37604Position Type: PRNJob Category: Clinical WHO WE ARE: State of Franklin Healthcare Associates is a physician-led and team-member owned multi-specialty care group headquartered in Johnson City, TN with locations in the upper East Tennessee & Southwest Virginia region.  Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and our team members.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body Knowledgeable of 3D anatomy and imaging protocols Screen patients before examination Prepare patient for MRI procedure and answer any questions Adjust scan parameters correctly Administer contrast media manually and with pressure injector accurately Enforce magnetic field safety for MRI patients, operator, and visitors Follow physician orders precisely Maintain ACR accreditation requirements REQUIREMENTS: Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program.   EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in MRI scan applications.   CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: MRI Technologist License American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (AART) Certification Advanced certification in MRI preferred *If not registered, MRI Registration through ARRT required within 12 months of hire Basic Life Support Certification   WHAT WE OFFER: State of Franklin Healthcare provides a comprehensive and competitive total compensation package designed to meet the needs of our PRN team members to include: Employee Stock Ownership Plan  401(k) Company Contributions An array of team member perks and discounts And more!
