The Senior Wealth Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for high-value and complex client relationships, delivering comprehensive, goals-based financial planning and wealth management solutions. This role combines advanced financial planning expertise with proactive business development, relationship management, strategic judgment, and high standard of client service. The Senior Wealth Advisor partners closely with internal specialist and external referral partners to help clients build, grow, and protect their wealth through tax-aware investment strategies aligned with their long-term objectives. This role is accountable for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, converting prospective clients into long-term relationships, mentoring less experienced advisors, and consistently executing the firm’s client service and planning standards. - Serve as lead advisor and primary relationship manager for high-value and complex client relationshipsÂ

Minimum Required Education & Experience:Â
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field or equivalent.Â
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory rolesÂ
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 65/63 combo) if dual registeredÂ
- Series 65 (RIA only)Â
- Insurance licenses (Life, Health, Long-Term Care), as applicable but preferredÂ

Travel Requirements: Located outside of market – up to 50%; located inside market – up to 25%
Compensation: Total annual target compensation of up to approximately $300,000 (includes base salary draw and variable target-based incentives if conditions are achieved, as determined under the Company's compensation plans). Â Actual earnings may be more or less than target and depend on individual performance, business conditions and plan terms.
