Position Highlights

Support one or more of our highly regarded pediatric clinics in Johnson Creek and Dodge County

Flexible scheduling with a four-day workweek option (Monday–Thursday) and evening hours (until 6 PM) twice per week

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations of children’s physical, sensory, and emotional development

Design and implement individualized therapy plans to promote independence and daily functioning

Support skill development in fine motor coordination, sensory regulation, and self-care

Recommend adaptive tools and interventions to enhance functional participation

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams
-
Document assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory guidelines
-
Participate in early intervention (B-3) or school-based team meetings as appropriate

Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the State of Wisconsin
-
Pediatric experience strongly preferred, though mentorship is available for new grads passionate about pediatrics
