Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000

Are you passionate about leading projects, building customer relationships, and driving successful product launches? We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Program Manager to oversee key customer programs from launch through production.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality expectations, and achieve business objectives. If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating teams, and making a direct impact on customer success, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
路 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs.
路 Lead customer programs from award through production and ongoing lifecycle management.
路 Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure successful execution.
路 Manage project schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables.
路 Track risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status.
路 Support product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
路 Monitor program performance, timing, and profitability.
路 Build strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive problem solving.
What We're Looking For
路 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
路 Three or more years of experience in manufacturing, project management, program management, engineering, or customer-facing roles.
路 Strong organizational and project management skills.
路 Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
路 Experience leading cross-functional teams.
路 Understanding of manufacturing processes and product launches.
路 APQP, PPAP, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
路 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
