At Greenix our Retention Professionals receive inbound calls from our current customer base. Successful Loyalty Agents determine customer needs and root concerns and provide a white-glove experience resulting in delighting the customer. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year with Paid training (Hourly + Commission).

Qualifications:

  • High school degree or Equivalent required. College degree a plus
  • Prior sales or retention experience a plus
  • Ability to work designated full time shift
  • Proficient with basic computer functions and the ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
  • Ability to pass a background check


Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and headsets
