- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor
- Any level of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with basic office software
- Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
Key duties and responsibilities
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Greet and potentially host all office guests
- Manage, clean and organize the front desk area
- Schedule meetings, client visitsÂ
- Collect and sort all mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
- Answer guest questions
- Perform light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Provide occasional tours of the office
- Support the office manager and administrative assistants
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $15–$20, depending on experience.
