Experienced, Hardworking Staffing Coordinators Sought for Health Care Services

 

Full Time - Johnstown, Pa

 

Seniors at Home is changing the way America sees eldercare, and we need passionate, hardworking, team oriented and versatile professionals to join our fast growing staff. The Home Care Staffing Coordinator will be a critical leader, helping enhance client care/home care, team cohesiveness and overall policies and procedures that impact all of our clients and personnel.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities will be tied to staff coordination and management, training and ensuring the utmost service is delivered to clients daily. This includes:

 

  • Coordinating staff based on requests; specific emphasis on non-skilled home care personnel
  • Hiring and training new employees
  • Ensuring sufficient staff availability at all times
  • Encouraging effective relationships among staff to build and maintain a cohesive, well performing team and ensure high levels of employee satisfaction
  • Reviewing clients’ home care plans with MAs as needed to ensure compliance and performance
  • Performing training sessions for support staff, as needed

Qualifications

Candidates should have a positive, outgoing demeanor and be able to motivate diverse staffs of medical and nonmedical personnel. Ideal applicants will also be able to troubleshoot and multitask effectively, and will have a strong desire to work in a team environment. At least one year of supervisory experience in a health-related field.
