Job Type: Full-time | Variable 12-hour shifts and rotate every other weekend and major holidays

You’ll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have a current state RN license or PA Temporary Practice Permit. Possess a degree from an accredited nursing school. 

  • Must obtain PA RN License within 3 months of hire
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  • BLS
  • ACLS, within 6-months of hire
