Key responsibilities include: Manage shift schedules and workload distribution  Supervise technicians and ensure quality standards Communicate with customers and team members across shifts  Diagnose and repair refrigeration units using OEM software Perform PM services, DOT inspections, brake repairs, and general truck/trailer maintenance Handle road service calls and APU repairs Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Take a Closer Look Watch our team in action!
