Shift Structure & Route Details
- Daily Home Time: Home nightly for slip-seat operators.
- Flexible Schedules: Options for 5-day or 6-day work weeks (exact schedule options discussed during onboarding).

- Weekend & Holiday Expectation: Mandatory weekend rotation; required to work all major holidays.

Pay Rates & Driver Perks
- Incentive Pay: Mileage pay + stop pay breakdown ($10 for 1st stop, $15 for all subsequent stops).
- Short-Run Premium: $25 flat pay for short loads under 50 miles.

Qualifications, Carrier Standards & Screening
- Position Prerequisites: Open to entry-level Trainees and experienced First Seat CDL-A drivers.
- General Carrier Experience Standards: Accepting non-CDL candidates (trainee path), Class A CDL holders with 0 experience, drivers with 6 months in the last 12 months, OR 12 months in the last 5 years.
- DOT & Drug Screen Mandate: Must pass DOT physical qualifications alongside pre-employment hair follicle and urine drug screenings.
