You’ll be expected to diagnose root causes and execute repairs with high confidence and minimal supervision. Manage and troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs to ensure our advanced textile processing lines are operating at peak performance. Oversee the preventative maintenance schedule, moving beyond basic "check-ups" to true predictive maintenance that prevents downtime. Act as the lead technical authority during equipment failures, making high-pressure decisions to restore production safely and efficiently. Identify mechanical bottlenecks and implement engineering solutions to improve machine reliability and safety.   QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years in industrial maintenance or a heavy mechanical/electrical field Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot 3-phase power, control circuits, and automation components. Ability to learn quickly Experience with welding or fabrication is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field Bilingual (English/Spanish)
