We’re adding passionate, licensed mental health therapists (LAPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW in PA) to our growing outpatient team! C-NTA therapists are part of a private practice as 1099 contractors.  Here, you’ll be part of a company that celebrates gratitude, teamwork, and integrity all while helping clients become the best version of themselves. 


What You’ll Do 

  • Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy in-person (Johnstown or Somerset), via telehealth, or hybrid sessions. 
  • Complete thorough assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. 
  • Support clients through their trauma, provide crisis intervention, and support their community engagement while empowering all clients to live healthier, happier, more balanced lives. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • A passion for supporting clients ages 14+ 
  • PA license: LAPC, LSW, LCSW, LPC in good standing 
  • Passion for helping others and commitment to ethical, person-centered care 
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills 
  • Required clearances and reliable transportation between Johnstown & Somerset if working onsite 
  • Availability for a minimum of 15 clinical hours per week
