Responsible for assisting in the production process

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for assisting in the production process
JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
- Replace defective parts of machine or equipment or adjust clearances, and alignment of moving parts
- Repair and lubricate machines and equipment
- Assemble and install equipment using hand and power tools
- Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rulers, micrometers, and other related tools
- Must possess blueprint knowledge
- Communicate with supervisors and coworkers
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Employee will receive job specific training including safety, work rules, ethics, compliance, computer system, and other related topics.
EVALUATIONS
Performance evaluations will be completed by the immediate supervisor by ongoing assessment of proficiency and performance.
