Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 8pm- 4:30am

You’ll be part of a professional team in Johnstown that uses modern technology to get our products from our warehouse to the shelves of your favorite local stores and restaurants.What you'll do:

The Balance: Is This Job a Fit for You?

This role is physically active and requires consistent energy. You don't need to be a marathon runner, but you do need to enjoy a job where you are constantly on the move.

• Active Work: You will be walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift. It’s a great way to stay fit while getting paid.
• The Heavy Lift: You’ll handle beverage cases and kegs (up to 160 lbs). We provide the training and equipment to ensure you do this safely and efficiently.
• Tech-Driven: You’ll use an iPhone and Encompass Software to find and scan products. If you’re comfortable with apps, you’ll thrive here.  

What You’ll Do:

• Precision Picking: Use our app-based system to accurately locate and scan products for customer orders with high accuracy.
• Master the Art of the Build: You aren’t just stacking boxes; you’re solving a high-speed puzzle. You’ll strategically palletize orders to ensure every pallet is stable and safe for transit.
• Equipment Mastery: Learn to operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts. No experience? No problem. We provide free in-house certification.
• Hit the Goal: Work toward team efficiency standards in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your performance is recognized.
