The Town of Johnstown, Colorado is actively recruiting a Recruiting Specialist to be part of our dynamic and passionate team. The Recruiting Specialist supports recruiting, orientation, onboarding, training, internal events, and culture. This position supports the Human Resources department as the face of the organization to new employees. The right fit is an individual who possesses the ability to capture the attention of prospective and current employees and help make their integration into Town culture successful.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding people who exemplify our guiding principles and connecting them with a fulfilling career uniquely suited to their strengths. Knowledge of municipal government positions and prior public sector recruiting experience is highly desired.

Expected hiring range: $67,735 – 81,282, depending upon experience.
