How you'll contribute

As a Rehabilitation Technician, assists Occupational and Physical Therapists (OTR/RPT) with patient care tasks to support patients in achieving optimal rehabilitation goals. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with the rehabilitation team, monitors patient reactions to treatment, and follows instructions accurately. Regularly lift and carry equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs. Performs additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the therapy department.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience strongly recommended in a rehab setting

  • CPR/BCLS certification (when required)

  • Willing to participate in on-the-job training after initial orientation
